A different kind of 1%


Not sure how this plays out when you look at the Occupy Movement, but it reinforces something that I have thought about for a long time.

It only takes $34,000 a year, after taxes, to be among the richest 1% in the world.
In other words, North America has little to complain about in terms of global wealth. Our discussions need to move to the responsibility we have to help out the rest of the world based on our large pool of resources.
